About

Frank Lentini is a Brooklyn-based artist working primarily in oil paint, with a focus on
the language of abstraction. Rooted in landscape, geography, and memory, his
practice unfolds through a process of exploration, experimentation, and emotional
expression. Lentini’s layered compositions and intuitive mark-making invite personal
interpretation, reflecting a continually evolving inner terrain. He holds an MFA from
Pratt Institute and continues to develop a body of work that prioritizes process,
embracing the unknown as a vital source of creative possibility. In addition to his
studio practice, Lentini works with Pace Gallery, collaborating closely with gallery artists
to help realize their projects and exhibitions.
